Brewhouse Greenland is a microbrewery located in Greenland’s capital, Nuuk. Has a heavily carbonated copper body with modest head. Aroma of watery malts with some hops, a little homebrew-ish. Flavour is reasonably refreshing malt with vague hop hints like an amber ale. Okay dry finish. Not a bad amber.

Flakhaven Moskusbajer. Amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma of bread and caramel with a faint and appropriate hint of sulphur/DMS. Crisp iscuit malt flavour, very clean in malty character (for the brewery)

Bottle. Bought in brugsen Godthåb. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Candis notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, licorice, chocolate malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic - galvanised. [20100904]

Bottle. Bought in Nuuk (Kvickly). Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy caramellic aroma. Moderate bitter distinct licorice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

From tap at the brewpub (Apollo), 6.4%. Pours hazy and dark orange with a dense off-white head. Mild butterish and caramel malt aroma. Flavour is light acidic with a mild caramel malt sweetness beneath. Finish is light bitter to mild herbal and slight acidic, but also showing a subdued caramel sweetness.

(On tap) Sampled at Bryggeriet Apollo, Copenhagen as "Moskus Bajer". Clear, warm amber with a creamy, off-white head leaving laces. Fairly clean aroma of both caramel malt and hops. Fairly full body with quite some malt sweetness and a solid, bitter finish. Quite clean, but a bit raw in its bitterness. 120207
