From the coop city Bern, opening this small bottle on thursday at home, after a walk at Servion with my child. Nothing special with this ordinary lager, brewed on the German way, malty, dry, yeasty, a bit herbal, some common hop at the final, 16.04.22

This one was not so bad for the style, a classical export, fairly malty, perle hop, a bit metalic, bready, good beer for barbecue, 08.05.18, at Paris, Mercure, gare de Lyon buying it in Ostermundigen or in Bern, coop, city.

In my point of view, it is a decent beer, easy to drink, refreshing, better than the feldschlösschen version, decently malty, hop, 15.08.18, serving me this bottle at Prélax, buying it or at Osertmundigen or in the coop city, Bern

Coming from the coop city Bern. Opening this bottle quietly, on friday, at home, Epalinges, coming from Paris. It was a good surprise for me, not a usual bock on German way. This one was really smooth, malty, fruity with a touch of toffee, not so bitter. 05.06.2022

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine.Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano sensazioni di zucchero caramellato, miele, nocciola, erba e agrumi.

L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, biscotto ed erbaceo.
