Finding this beer at the big coop, Biel. Best before 05/25, beer before to sleep, yesterday after a walk in the Christmas market Morges. Right beer, a kind of Irish red ale or Vienner lager with more body, fresh malt, bready, a bit metallic, bitter, watery, well balanced.

I have purchased this beer at the big coop, Biel, best before 05/25, opening the bottle yesterday, thinking to go to the restaurant and finally not, cooking a good meal, light/medium body, dry malt, mineral, light and tasty resinous note, bitter.

Bottlled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, creamy head. Rich floral aroma with some dried grapefruit peels. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Earl Grey tea and notes of caramel. Mid bitter finish.
