0,33 l bottlebought at Grebhan´s, Bremen. Pours out in a clear dark red brown. Nearly two finger light tanned head. Not a lot on the nose, more coffie than malt. Taste starts more malty, little bit hop, low sweetness. Later increasing roasted malt. Can not really convince me.

Lahev: Almost clear, deep ruby-amber coloured, slowly collapsing and medium-sized loose off-white head; moderate sweetish-toasty nose, dried fruits still detectable, caramel as well; almost solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, not too soft; lingering - and slightly drier - fruity and bitter finish, sweet caramel still present. All in all a well crafted brew…

Smooth malty beginning. Easy to drink with a caramel body with hints of sweetish roast. No real bitterness in the end, quite sweetish with not too much depth. Malty caramel body, full and not too sweet. Round, nice but a bit bitterness and depth would be nicer.
