Murky amber. Thick head. Dense, floral dry hop aroma. Good toasty, caramel malts with fruity, citrusy hop accents. Somewhat yeasty in the finish.

Hazy dark straw. Doughy pale malt aroma. Taste is a bit doughy with light, vaguely limey accent. Overall, though, it’s too doughy.

Dull beige. Not much aroma. Perhaps watermelon, some thick malts. Too much malt for me, though the melon note is nice in the finish. The underlying beer needs work.

Pours hazy orange with a fine white head. Sweet malt with some spice in the aroma. Smooth bodied, slightly sweet overall flavor. Not as dry as many Saisons are, but extremely drinkable.

Courtesy of kp. It pours a nice clear copper with thin off white head. The aroma has some sweet caramelized malts mixed with a good dose of pine and grapefruit hops. The flavor starts with a big bold pine hop bitterness with some grapefruit hiding just beneath. The malts have a faint roastiness and malt sweetness just noticeable under the hops. The finish comes and goes leaving a mild pine hop bitterness and a hint of roasted malts.

(Hand bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of CaptainCougar. Pours an almost clear, dark brown with a reddish hue and a creamy, light brown head. Concentrated and very fruity nose with some good roastiness. Very rich and full-bodied, heavy carbonation, roasted malt flavours with lots of fruit. Has a vague, burned edge - very atypical Belgian, but very pleasant. 310507

Draught at the brewpub. Pours coppery gold with just a touch of haze under a firm, tight, head of white. Citrusy flowery hop aroma. Well balanced, with a nice mix of drying hop bitterness and subtle malt. Nice long dry finish.
