12oz bottle pours clear gold with a moment of a loose white fizz. The aroma is faint at best with a sense of floral hops. Another pull on the aroma reveals nothing at all. Smells like a clean empty glass. How is that possible? The taste is thin and neutral initially and then moving into light grains, corn and a sense of floral hops. This brew leaves a subtle whimper of floral hops and just echoes of grains and corn into the finish. The taste isnβt too different than clean tap water.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with a small frothy off white head that diminishes quickly leaving decent spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is a sweet fruity malt with raisin and light roast. Thin mouthfeel with a roasty malt with brown sugar and molasses with a nice dry finish. Easy to drink, a good dry stout from Indian Wells.

Bottle from Whole Foods in Sacramento, CA. Pours light amber with a small white head. Aroma is primarily pumpkin pie spice. Less than medium body with sharp carbonation. Flavor is pie spice, but itβs almost perfumey. Settles down to more standard pie spice. Then the perfumey returns with each quaff. Interesting. A tick. Not likely to do another.

bottle, pours ligh pink with a medium white head. Aroma is artificial sugar and raspberry. Flavors are the same with light malt, fresh raspberry, and an artificial sugary finish that is unpleasant.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow golden with a medium frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is corn malt with honey and citrus. Decent spotty lacing along the glass. Medium mouthfeel with a corn malt and honey. Not much going with this pils from Indian Wells.
