Taste is slightly harsh mineraly, weeds, metal tank, grass, bark, alcohol, minerals, old leafs, soil, old hay, harsh hops, paper. Medium bitterness, harsh metallic mouthfeel. Meh!

Fra fat på Mi2 Cardinal mai-17: nesten helt klar gylden med ok skum. Kaffesyrligheten/bitterheten spiller fint mot de tradisjonelle ipa-tonene i et meget godt og rikt smaksbilde. Halvtørr, med lang ettersmak hvor syre og sødme balanserer elegant.
