Bottle: Caramel brown colored pour with a thin beige head. Mild aroma is earthy, nutty, and sweet. Good malty presence in the taste; earthy, chocolate, faint roast... a little more nuttiness. Easy sipper and not a bad session beer at all.

Bottle: A dark, leathery brown pour with a smaller tan head. Nose is malty and a bit grassey. A light amount of chocoalte is picked up. Taste is filled with maltiness, nutty, light chocolate, and a little bitters in the tail. Eh...

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy golden amber with a slight off-white head. Aroma is floral and pine with some mildly roasted malt. Med body, almost. Flavor is rather floral, then a little resin, then some mildly gritty/bready malt. More dry than not, and finishes bitter. Good drink. Want to try a double version.

Bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out very dark brown topped with a sandy cream head. Aroma was of coffee, roast malts, light hops, and some sweetness. Taste was more of the sweet malts and light hops. This was less of a black ipa and more of a porter.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours very dark amber with a 1 finger beige/tan head. Aroma is very sweet malt - suggesting chocolate and treacle. Cookies! Near full bodied. Flavor is definitely chocolate, and I’d say treacle. There’s a fair dose of hop, but it’s hard to defined. Not a sticky beer, but it finishes more sweet than dry. What happens in the finish seems complex to me. It twists my mouth around in flavors. I suggest you try this one.

Bottle from Malt & Vine. Dark reddish amber pour with a good beige head. Smells like caramel and hop. Medium plus body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is roast caramel and maybe citrus or floral hop. It’s sweet but not too so. Comes across more of an amber than a brown. It’s pretty smooth and not at all harsh. Good drink.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours fairly black with a transient tan head. Nice dark burnt malt aroma that’s smooth, with some chocolate. Med body. Flavor is pretty vanilla, but there’s still chocolate and a touch of coffee. Doesn’t quite come off. It’s a bit thin. Like a cheap chocolate candy. But it is still pretty flavorful. Never had anything quite like it.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy dark amber with a slight beige head. Aromas of sweet malt and perhaps treacle. Near full body. Flavor is malty enough to approach barleywine. No particular heat, but my brain thinks it found alcohol. It’s definitely bitter, but so balanced that it’s almost neutral. So it’s hoppy bready bitter and other things. There’s a whole lot of ingredients in this stuff. Not a double IPA in ABV, a double IPA in flavor.

Bottle pours a deep clear deep mahogany dark brown. Fleeting off white head. Up front cold old coffe grounds and ashtray aroma with a little chocolate. Flavor is coffe and sweet roasted malts with plenty of coffee. The body is thn and a bit dry. More like a porter. Quick finish especially for a "stout"

Bomber from Big Star in Seattle. Pours light amber with an off-white head. Aroma is citrusy, nigh grapefruity. Very light flavors. Light caramel. Light citrus hop. Definitely sessionable. Finishes mildly everything, including bitter.
