Jezappt: Hazy, greenish-golden coloured, distinctive citrussy-grapefruity nose; decent bitter-sweet flavour; nearly medium bodied, fortunately very soft; grapefruit well detectable in the lingering bitter-malty finish. Great summer Bier...

Keg at the brewery. A clouded dull brown amber coloured pour with a beige halo of head. Aroma is nutty rustic malts, tangy berry, raisin, malt loaf. Flavour is composed of medium sweet malts, raisin, light toasted malts, Munich malt, earthy finish. Palate is semi sweet, rounded highish carbonation. Ok.

Keg at the brewery tap. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is crisp pale grains, mild tropical fruits floral citrus lemon, lychee,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet pale malts, spicy citrus lemon, lychee, plastic, raw grains. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, highish carbonation, Lingering leafy grassy citrus hop. Very good indeed.

Keg at the brewery, a jet black coloured pour with a lasting frothy mid tan head. Aroma is rich earthy coffee nutty roast, light ashy, light burnt blackened sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet , ashy, brown sugars, earthy damp smoked malts, earthy coffee. Palate is medium bodied, highish carbonation. Semi drying finish, airy. Nice coffee character.

Keg at the brewery. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo. Of white head. Aroma is banana, doughy wheat, light jammy fruits, clove. Flavour is composed of doughy wheat orange marmalade, banana, mellow phenols.. Palate is frothy airy carbonation,. Good hefe. Well made.

Keg at the brewery. A light hazed golden yellow straw coloured pour with a Rocky white head. Aroma is fresh cereal grains, rustic, spicy Nobel hop . Flavour is composed of semi sweet cereal nutty, honey, grassy hop, little metal. Assertive grassy hop.. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation, semi crisp finish. Really nice.

Vom Faß im Eschenbräu, Berlin-Wedding. - Tief schwarzbraun, trüb. - In der Nase angenehm „aschige“ Stout-Noten, Röstmalz und Vanille. - Antrunk kräftig röstmalzig mit intensivem Mokka und kerniger Bitterschokolade über Karamelmalz. Leicht störende metallische (?) Noten. Gut eingebettete, leicht medizinisch-krautige Hopfenherbe. Wuchtig bitterer Nachtrunk mit leicht metallischer Note. - Kräftig kaffeebitteres aber etwas unrundes Stout mit leichter metallischer Note.
