Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon - lime acidic notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light citrus acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Draft. A hazy light golden beer with a fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of flowery hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus and flowery hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is a bit thin, but it is very refreshing.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-02-06) Brown and almost clear. Medium sized white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium bodied palate that leans to the dry side, little carbonation. Malts, caramell, bitterness and bread in taste. Malty and bitter aftertaste.

On tap. A slightly hazy yellow beer with a handsome, dense head leaving laces. Very fresh - almost perfumay - floral hop aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet maltiness but otherwise completely dominated by the fantastic noble hops that also leave a solid dose of bitterness. A hidden gem in this faraway brewpub. 080109

Süffig milder aber dennoch aromatisch malziger Antrunk. Mild bleibend, der Hopfen ist gleichwertig mit der Malzigkeit. Zum Teil wässrig, das Malz wird schokoladig und herb, aromatisch im Abgang. Mild malzig-herber Antrunk mit deutlicher Erdnussnote. Trocken und leicht bitter im Mittelteil, die eigen wirkende Hopfennote sticht heraus.
