Nice fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish grassy, old lawn, minerals, sorrel, hay, oak, old cellar, yeast, minerals, alcohol, hints of boiled vegetables. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, sorrel, oak, minerals, old lawn, fruit salt, hay, paper, fruit stones, yeast, bark, leafs, hints of soda powder. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

Tap in Oslo, 15th February 18. Pours clear and straw. Aroma is funky and cellar. Taste is slight sour, raw and tasty. Good as normal

Tap at Crowbar Oslo, 14th February 18. Getting worried about Ratebeer, 270 entries on Untappd and in adding this. Pours clear with a slight haze. Aroma is sour, citrus peel. Taste is ginger forward, then sour, bitter, fruit. I love the unique style of this brewery.

Tap at Roor, 14th February 18. Pours clear straw colour, little or no head. Aroma is slight sour, grass. Taste is slight sour, yeast, grass, funk, cellar. Lovely stuff, unique brewery

150ml draught at HopYard. Misty yellow-straw coloured body. Filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate ripe lemon and juniper on the nose. Lemony tartness to the taste profile joined by herbs, yeasty fruitiness and juniper. Dry and tart fruity ending. Satisfying, without being a favourite. (Oslo 07.02.2018).

Red with a pinkish head - Tart berry aorma - Malt body with a tart berry flavour with some wood notes in the back - The tart berry flavour goes into the finish - This was nice

Tap @ Kombinat. Almost clear orange reddish body with a small white head. Slightly odd, but refreshing aroma, mild funk with red berries and a floral/herb touch. Flavor is more ordinary than expected from aroma, sweet and sour, quite refreshing, almost like a drink. Feels a bit undefined on the berries side, white currant and I steel feels like tasting rhubarb somehow. Mild acidity, light funk and some yogurt in the aftertaste. Fine balanced body and nice aftertaste. Not the most exiting wild beer from this brewery, but still a funny and playful one that I managed to enjoy.

On tap @ Pingvinen, Bergen. Pours hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart berries, wet grass and hay. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes, with hay, berries and grassy notes. Dry finish.

Pale golden with a white head - Sour with yeast aroma - Sour malt body with some spicy notes from yeast and some hops as well - The flavours goes into the finish - This was nice

Kombinat 050118. Red golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, cherries. Flavor is sourness, herbs, lemon, red berries, oak, cherries. Nice easy drinkable beer.
