On tap at Surf Hotel, Opunake. Pale amber beer with a foamy white head. Light carbonation, faint nose of metal. Sticky lacing. Light body, easy to drink. Finish is sweet, tinny with a hint of cooked vegetables. Yet another sweet NZ pub beer.

330ml bottle, 3rd Aug 2018. Berlin Bier Mile Festival. Clear amber body, clean and bright, weak head. Not as exciting as I had hoped, fairly odourless brew with a semi-sweet malty front and not much going on. It was a hot afternoon and this did go down well but in all honesty it's no something that is going to test your senses or make you crazy for another.

330ml bottle at Eden Park, poured into plastic cup. Pours a decent bright gold with a small head. Floral, grass, plenty of sugar, little blackberry hedgerow type stuff, bit of citrusy stuff, got a lot worse as it warmed. Really not bad by DB Export standards, though I'd be interested to know the actual hopping schedule...

From old tasting notes. Clear Amber orange color. Foamy beige head. Faint Apple peel aroma. Light sweet malt flavor, like iced tea. Faint tart midtaste. Light sweet fruit finish. Fairly inept.
