Bottled 250 ml at Redoak Boutique Beer Cafe, Sydney, on July 11, 2013.Yeast cake in the bottom of the bottle. Hazy to cloudy cherry wood color with some particles, small white head. Light sweet and berry, acidic, yeasty scent, also some oak. Acidic, tart, dry, berry taste. Dry, grape peel aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness with a grape peel tartness to it.
