Bottle, 8.0%. Clear yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric, has some apple notes. Very vinous, even slightly vinegary. A bit rough.

Bottled. A light golden cider. The aroma has strong notes of apples - and not much more. The flavor is very sweet, but also with a light aidity. It has strong notes of apples as well as light notes of apple core and a bit of alcohol. The finish is somewhat tart.
