(33cl bottle) Clear, golden colour with a small, foamy, slightly yellow-coloured head. Moderately sweet, grainy nose with a subtle citousy hoppy blend. Light-sweet flavour, malt-accented, grainy taste with light notes of honey; medium bodied, smooth on carbon; sweet-bitter, malty finish with a fairly good hops presence. Decent one.

(bottle) Hazy, light-orange colour with a medium-sized frothy white head, quickly diminishing. Sweet malty, grainy nose, moderately fruity and yeasty (grapefruit, banana), also phenolic with a touch of band aid. Sweet and slightly tart flavour, light to medium bodied, lively, carbonated mouthfeel. Malty, slightly grainy taste with only light wheat-character, moderately fruity; fizzy, medium-sweet, bitter-tart finish. Disappointing.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head, leaving some lace. Herbal hops and light sweet pale malt in good balance dominate the aroma, unfortunately with a metallic tinge. Light sweet, even lighter bitter flavour, light to medium body with a rather soft carbonation. Soft malty base, quite bland, malt-accented, light hoppy taste, the latter leaves traces of metal during the slim, vaguely balanced finish. Mediocre and disappointing compared to the good Kupferbier.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown coloured with a slightly off-white foamy head of medium size. Light-sweet, toast-malty nose with cacao, toffee and a good dose of herbal hops. Mild bitter flavour with a moderate sweet edge, light to medium bodied, soft on carbon. Toast-malty taste with light notes of caramel and a herbal blend; moderately dry, bitter-sweet finish. A bit slim towards the finish but well-rounded and quite likeable. A good session Dunkel.

Bottle (33cl, purchased at the brewery’s own "bottle-shop") Deep golden coloured with a small, lacing head; sweetish, honeyish, but also "oaky" hoppy aromas detectable; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; quite "full" sweet-bitter finish with some distinctive "oaky" hoppy notes. A well crafted, well balanced Bock.......
