Tap at Ambar TTO. Hazy golden color with huge white head. Aroma is earthy, grassy, leathery, citrus, dough. Taste is peppery, grassy, leafy. Silky mouthfeel with spritzy, but not too high carbonation. Dry mineralic finish with peppery aftertaste and a touch phenols. Very good classic Saison!

Tap at 3rd BBF. Hazy to murky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly citrusy and resinous, hoppy aroma, hints of grapefruit, pineapple, wheaty undertones. Taste is sweet-ish wheaty and citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally resinous, hints of lemon, grapefruit, some pineapple. Nice.
