(Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 27 Feb 2026) Dark brown colour, almost black, with no head. Malty, vinous nose with notes of maple syrup, caramel, vanilla, bourbon and oak wood. Malty, vinous taste with maple syrup, vanilla, caramel, molasses, oak wood, bourbon and a mild spicy bitterness in a warming, boozy finish. Full body, sweet. Rich, heavy, warming and really tasty. Hardly shy. Great beer!

375mL bottle, pours jet black with almost no head. Nose has subtle bourbon upfront, with gentle walnuts, a touch of cocoa, and some dark sugars. Flavour is fairly mild for Jackie O’s, with gentle bourbon, toasted nuts, dark sugars, and light vanillin. Seems a little oxidized, but has some nice soft bourbon on the finish. It’s a little underwhelming but good.

Semmi hab, fekete szín. Csokis, kakaós, aszalt gyümölcsös, bourbonos, vaníliás, hordós illat. Édes, csokis, kakaós, aszalt gyümölcsös, vaníliás, egy picit diós íz, whiskey-s, enyhe fás lecsengéssel, némi kávés utóízzel. Nagy test, szinte semmi szénsav, közepes keserű. Nagy sör, eszméletlenül finom.

Aromat mocno chmielowy, są tu nuty kwiatowe i owocowe. Obok akcentów chmielowych są słodowe słodkie.
Smak zdecydowanie wytrawny, choć goryczka nie wydaje się być bardzo wysoka. Na finiszu goryczka dostaje mocy, ma charakter ziołowy i trawiasty, jest sucha, długa, a nawet nieco zalegająca.
Wysycenie średnie w górę. Tekstura niemal gładka. Ciało średnie, nie wyższe. Posmak długi wytrawny.
