Hazy orange colour with no head.Aroma is sweet of fermented apples and mandarines.Nice dry mouthfeels and flavor of vinegar.Really fine cider.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden cider with a huge bubbly but collapsing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as lighter notes of acid, wood, and alcohol. The flavor is very tart, but also with some sweetness, lots of apples, and light notes of wood. Thanks yespr for sharing.

2006. appears yellow, large head that dwindles quickly, small head stays. aroma is acid vinagre, dry notes. flavor is sweet apples, with some acid/sour apples thrown in, also dry notes, cellary skunky notes.

Bottle 375ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is apple, wood, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (130608)

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with a bubbly, dissipating off-white head. Sourish and very authentic apple aroma. Medium body with a very bubbly carbonation. Genuine and authentic apple notes, leathery, peely and astringent. No messing around here, this is a true country style cider. 130608

Irma, Odense. Hazy golden. No head. nice enough fermented apple aroma. Rather sweet flavour. When I have fermented supermarket apple juice on homebrew beer yeast I get the same impression and that can’t be a good sign...

37.5 cL bottle, thanks to thewolf. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Apple dry aroma, light phenol. Fizzy mouthfeel. Flavour is dry. Woody and leathery with a dry phenol note. Ends very woody and dry with light smoked note. Lovely.
