Bottle. Almost a head. Nice warm dark yellow colour. Powerfull nice apple aroma. Touch af "barnyard". Sweet and acetic nice refreshing apple flavor. Oily palate. Nice cider.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet apple. Bittersweet finish.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours orange, slight hazy with a crispy white head leaving a lasting lacework. Aroma is yeasty and apple with notes of rubber. As expected, the flavour is semi sweet, not really sour/bitter. Crispy mouthfeel from the carbonation. Dry finish with lasting apple notes. Nice.

(Bottle 75 cl) Clear, golden colour with a small, bubbly head. Vague, sourish apple aroma. Gigantic carbonation. Light-bodied with discreet notes of sour apples on top of a vague, underlying sweetness. A heavy sediment clouds things at the end. 240206

A hazy light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is sour and apply, while the flavor is apply and quite dry.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Clear, golden cider with a fizzy head that vanishes in no time. Soft, mellow aroma of apples. Rather light body with lovely, soft appleish notes and a not too sweet appearance. Rather wird medicinal tang that appears late. 030106

A light orange cider with a bubbly very fast disappearing head. The aroma is sweet but the notes of wood and apples are stronger than the sweetness. The flavor is woody and apply on a subdued sweet background. But the mouthfeel is slightly sticky.
