Bottle from a farm store outside Marielyst, Falster. Hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, red apples, apple core and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. Nice and refreshing. 250622

Bottle as Demi-Sec 2018, 4.3%. Clear dark golden, small white head. Nice apple aroma, light funky notes. Sweet fermented apple flavour, dey and refreshing. Creamy carb, quite nice.

2014 bottle @ NK. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aromas of musty apples, light vanilla, grapey notes, lightly floral. Taste has musty tart apples, subtle grapey, lightly sweet, quite a bit of hayish notes, light leathery funk. Delicious!
