Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Yeasty malty nose, light lemon, somewhat perfumey (likable). Light yeasty taste, lemony too, Bitterish taste. Light & drinkable, a standard Berlin brewpub pale beer.

Draught at the brewpub. They aren’t kidding when they call it a pils (ok, they are, but looking at the colour, more of a slightly darker pils than a dunkel, even by the pale reddish Berlin standards). Anyway, deeper golden colour, small white head. Yeasty and malty nose, sweetish and a bit bready. Light, slightly acidic yoghurty and malty taste, a bit yeasty, some light acidity near the end and in the aftertaste, guessing it comes from the hops. So&so.

300ml vom Fass at the brewpub down by the River Spree. Cloudy, tawny coloured body. Filmy layer with some spotty lace on the glass. Smell of dark, tart fruits. Malty-fruity taste with hints of pineapples coming through. Some notes of wheat and yeast, too. Short ending. Half way pleased with this one (Berlin, 21.11.2009).

200ml vom Fass at the brewhouse where the beer was served at a fine drinking temperature. Cloudy yellow. Filmy layer at the surface. Grassy and a rather oily aroma. Flavour of citrus fruits and wheat with some disturbing notes of yeast and wort. Dry on the swallow. Medium to thin bodied. Quite possible to drink, but feels a bit unfinished (Berlin, 21.11.2009).

At the brew pub 01/10/09. Amber coloured with a decent, off-white head. Malty aroma with some sweetness and a touch of grassy hops. Flavour also inclined towards sweetness, with some yeastiness and a slightly bitter finish. Ok.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, sour - acidic notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Draught@brewpub. Hazy yellow color, good cloudy white head. Sweetish wort aroma with some citrusy hops. Quite weak nose. Sweetish cracker maltyness, some hoppy bitterness. Someway typical product of big brewpub, although it has some "landbier" character.

On tap. Pours a cloudy golden with an off-white head. Both sweet and tart in the nose - fruit, citrus and butter. Medium body, sweet citrus notes and some chlorine. Finishes dry. Very poor. 100109

On tap. Hazy deep golden with a dense, off-white head. Sweetish malty aroma with some butter. Medium body, low carbonation and a soft mouthfeel. Lightly roasted malt and again sweetish notes of butterscotch. Very subdued bitterness. 100108
