Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Cloudy, straw colour. Thin, white, lasting head. Soft, ripe banana. Ripe mandarin. Light spice. Light herb, almost minty. Taste is banana sweet. Some light, spicy dryness. Light, airy, creamy palate. Finish is sweet to start, with a rising dryness.

Courtesy of & thanks to Kraddel. 33 cl. bottle sampled @ “Poppyland Sucks Tasting” @ the Barely legal tasting room. Paler citrus lemon, little head. Smells very sweet, sugary with lots of fish guts, yeasty and sweet lemon. Taste is huge fish guts mixed with lemon, sweet yeast, lots of sugar and sweet wheat. Thick yeasty, wheat like body. It is okay especially given that I am not a fan of the taste of fish guts.

Bottle 330ml (BDLX)
Hazy-murky orange color, small white head. Wheaty, yeasty, slightly tart and hoppy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, wheaty, citrusy, worty with notes of banana and herbs. My bottle tastes quite yeasty. Not very typical German beer with all these Amerixan hops. Reminds me about some new Schneiders.

0,33 l bottle. Stylish discreet label art. Unclear pale orange in in the glass, mighty fine white head. Even from the distance herb grapefruit and hop on the nose. Over the glass fruity, yeast and wheat. Starts soft with caramell, followed by fruity tastes like melon, herb orange and wheat. Not very herb, no hophead, not extreme, more easy to drink with a lot of taste. Like it.
