Keg at dynamo Brussels. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is sour bark, pine needles, Douglas fir, mouldy wood, hot alcohol Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, little salt, raw pine,, some solvent, marker pen. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Lingering big woody sage.

Keg at dynamo Brussels. A light hazed mid orange coloured pour with a a s icky white white head. Aroma is juicy, orange, midget gems, white sugars, grapey. Juicy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy orange, tangerine, midget, gems, little mango. Not really sour. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Decent. Drying finish.

Keg at dynamo Brussels. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a sti ky white froth. Aroma is woody, funk, balsa, orange, mini lacto. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, mellow sour, vanilla, light oak, hint of must.. Palate is semi sweet, woody, light moderate carbonation. Fine.

Keg at dynamo Brussels. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a sticky white head. Aroma is sour funky milk, cinnamon, bark, weird. Flavour is composed of drying woody sour, bark, little sage, veg, sour milk, Palate is semi sweet light grains, moderate carbonation. Disappointing.

Keg at dynamo Brussels. A jet black coloured pour with a lasting loose tan head. Aroma is woody apple, liquorice, lacto sour, musty sour. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rustic da k malts, lacto sour, milk, light vanilla, spicy finish. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, medium bodied, highish carbonation.

Keg at Dynamo Bar, Bruxelles, 08/12/18. Black pour with a decent tan covering. Nose is fruit balsams, fruit cake, light dung, spice, toffee, brown bread, stewed fruits. Taste comprises tangy fruit rinds, brown sugar, spice, funk, dried fruits, dates, earthy, soured fruit compote. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a soured edge. Decent.

Draft at Dynamo, Brussels. Near black with a tan head. Aroma of tart dark fruits, caramel, chocolate and light leather. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate sour. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
