Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Pours a light hazy pale golden colour and a small white head. Aroma's are sourish, yoghurt and funk. Retronasal it's sourish, light sweet (and no funk). Flavour is moderate sour, vinous, with a hint of sweetness. Light medium bodied. Tartish finish.

Wheaty, banana, smooth. Juicy and doesn't feel light at all.

Klare bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Fruchtiger, saurer, leicht süßer Geruch. Geschmacklich überraschend zurückhaltend sauer, leicht malzig, fruchtig mit Marillen, etwas Honig. Leichte bis mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, spürbar sauer, aber keineswegs dominant, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Mein erstes Mikrozirkus-Bier und nachdem ich mich endlich an die Idee der Sauerbiere gewöhnt habe, sehe ich da durchaus ein Potential. Dieses hat, nanonanet, einen deutlich sauren Carakter der durch leichte Aromen nach Himbeere unterstützt wird. Ich glaube, wenn es recht heiß ist, dann kann man das Bier recht gut genießen.

BB 12/2020. copper / redish murky color, small white head. smells jammy, dried fruits, light smoky, bit leathery, plum like, light wood, pears, very nice and unique smell. full body, almost no carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of pears, plums, earthy, wood, bit ciderish, some light stone fruits, berry notes, lightly lactic, light vinegar. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of pears, stone fruits and some cidery notes. very very nice one, great fruit notes, love the no carbonation aproach. very very juice

RB backlog. Strong fruity citrus fruit aroma, dough, spices, good yeasty basement, tropical fruit bouquet. Mild sweet start, turns dry and mineralic, with only subtle bitter notes. Smooth light-ish body with pearly carbonation. Right on the spot.

RB backlog, Medium off-white head on a murky amber body. Intense and sweet tropical fruits, citric, a bit herbal and piney, some yeast. Medium to strong sweetness, but not sticky, almost no bitterness, hint of yeasty sour notes. A hint too much sweetness.

RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Intense brett aromas, light fruits - apricot, tropical fruits. Creamy texture with soft carbonation. It's a hard bargain between more delicate fruit aromas and dominant, funky wild yeast.
