Bottle: Reddish amber coloured, small fluffy off-white head; a tinge of smoked wood (!) in the nose, but mainly an aroma of sweet dark malt with a touch of hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; sweet, slightly roastmalty finish with an almost hidden bitterness. Nothing unpleasant detectable, even the "umele sladidlo" (artificial sweetener) is well hidden.......

Bottle: Deep golden coloured, medium-sized fluffy head, slowly diminishing and lacing; faint grainy, doughy nose with a "wooden" hoppiness; sweet, slightly bitter flavour, light malty base; bready, sweetish-malty finish with a bitter touch in the very end. A friendly, well drinkable Bohemian Pils..........

(Draught, Stockholm Beer Festival, 30 Sep) Golden amber colour with firm white head. Malty, bready, nutty nose with notes of toffee, hay and hops. Taste starts malty and nutty with some malt sweetness, turns drier in the finish with grassy, floral hops. Rather nice Bohemian pilsner, but not the best.

[Bottled] Golden, very brief head. Evident saaz & diacetyl aroma. The strong typical Czech style aroma is diluted with plenty of water. Cellary finish with low-medium bitterness.

Bottled (BB 01/2007). Golden color, small white head. Light woody hoppy aroma, hints of rubber. Bohemian hops dominate light to medium strength body. Quite drinkable 3,5-beer, just a bit too much watered down version of normal Zlatopramen.

Mainly straw malt aroma. Amber, light pearling carbonation, nice off-white lacing head. Chewy malt body, light nut and marzipan, ok balance, but light on the palate, remains fresh on the aftertaste.

Rating added 2/16/2006Bottle.Light yellow color and a big white head. Malty scent with a hint of fruitiness as well. Malty taste with a bit of iron in it. Pretty nice and very drinkable pilsner for summer. Widely available at (Swedish) government owned "Systembolaget".6/3/6/3/13=3.1
