Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, sewer, wet paper. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, citrus shell notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, finisg has some smoke notes. Draught: Poured a yellow with white head. The aroma is slight citrus. Taste is similar with some citrus bite and malt. Very interesting beer from this category.

Draught at BB07 as Diamant Dunkel. Sourish and roasted aroma. Very dark brown colour, small stable head. The flavour is roasted, a little papery. Finishes with a little liquorice and paper/cardboard, although not as bad as it sounds.

Draught at BBF07. Dusty, creamy aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small, stable head, very creamy. The favour is nicely malty with a little dust. Low bitterness. Finishes a little watery, but sΓΌffig and quite nice. Low carbonation.
