The brewery was established in 2007 by Nick Eldred, who was also the owner of the White Hart pub. Only The White Hart and local beer festivals were supplied.

Cask at the White Hart, Stebbing. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Aroma of hop, malt, caramel, fruit and floral notes. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Tap @ The brewpub. Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, bitter hops, fruits, flowers and has a nice bitter finish.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Opaque black brown beer, suddy pale tan head. Light roasted malt nose. Palate is mildly crisp and dry. Mild roasted dark malts. A little tangy. Mild citrus hop on the back end. Dry finish. A fresh and tasty dry stout. Not bad!

Gravicask at the Sun Inn, Kelvedon for their bank holiday weekend beer fest. Hazy amber beer. Brief sweetish start, fruit salad like (sweets). Then strong dried apricots. Semi dry finish with a robust bitter aftertaste. A bit different but not totally convinced.

Cask (gravity filled jug) @ Smithfield Hotel & Bar, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium amber color with virtually none head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic, and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. (180108)

Cask (gravity filled jug) @ Smithfield Hotel & Bar, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium amber orange color with a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, toasted. Flavor is light sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
