At FUERST WIACEK we like to create modern beer. Based in Berlin since 2016, we define ourselves as an adventurous company, in which we enjoy to experiment and learn about different ingredients and processes to brew great tasty beers.

At the same time, we love precision and attention to detail. Our raw ingredients are meticulously selected, our brew processes have the best practices and each beer is carefully designed to deliver a fantastic experience.

This is our big passion, and each day we feel fully empowered by the energy that our community give us by enjoying the quality of our beers.

Woody fruit aroma, with white wine. Medium bodied, soft on the palate with an dull back. Fruity dry white wine , hops & Tropical fruit tastes.

Draught @ In De Wildeman. Milky murky yellow color. Dense white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma's: dank, some citrus. Retronasal: citrussy, juicy, dank hops, grapefruit (zest). Flavor is moderat bitter, grapefruit zest. Light medium bodied. Firm carbonation. Dank moderate bitter finish.

Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen - big hazy yellow pour with a medium white head. Resonating vibrant juicy fruity hits of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, some citrus rind, some peach, smooth substantial juicy mouthfeel, solid hoppy finish. Lovely stuff as usual from these guys.

From tap at Mikkeller Bar, Berlin. Hazy yellow orange color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, grass, floral, tropical and citrus fruits, light pine. Sweet and moderate bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation

On tap at Rbabarrab, Copenhagen. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, juice and some hay. Medium body and bitterness. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Draught @ Zeezicht, Breda. Ugly murky pale yellow color, full sized foamy white head. Aroma is lightly malts, citrus peel, lightly floral. Flavor doesn't have the floral notes but is dominated by the citrus peel hops. Lightly sharp citrus peel bitter, leaning towards tart-bitter even. Average body, average to decent carbonation. Mwah.

Keg at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Blood orange pour with a light pink head. Nose of raspberries, sour red fruit, strawberry jam. Flavours of strawberry milkshake, raspberry jam, water melon . Exceedingly satisfying brew.
