At FUERST WIACEK we like to create modern beer. Based in Berlin since 2016, we define ourselves as an adventurous company, in which we enjoy to experiment and learn about different ingredients and processes to brew great tasty beers.

At the same time, we love precision and attention to detail. Our raw ingredients are meticulously selected, our brew processes have the best practices and each beer is carefully designed to deliver a fantastic experience.

This is our big passion, and each day we feel fully empowered by the energy that our community give us by enjoying the quality of our beers.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, peach, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, fruity hops, peach, citrus, grapefruit. Medium to full body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 080917

Tap @ Mig & Øl snedkeren, 6%. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, grapefruit, medium sweet, little peach and medium bitter.

Draft glass @ Gollem. Golden orange, hazy, nice lasting lacing mousy head. Nose is mellow citrus floral but largely doughy, plaster, bread flour, grain, plaster. Taste is lightly fruity, sweat with grain, biscuit, bread, plaster finish. Plaster bodied, agreeable beer in general but lacks all necessary hop character for this style.

On tap at billie’s, antwerp. Yellow color light haze big ceeamy head. Massive hoppy cuttusy smell. Taste sweetish juicy fruit citrus grapefruit maracuja, decent hoppy bitterness. Silky texture smooth carbonation thick body. Long aromatic finish, very nice

Draught @ Zeezicht, Breda. Hazy yellow color, medium sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is nicely hoppy, tropical fruit hops. Taste lightly malts, hops, lightly tropical fruit hops, lacks bitterness imo. Body and carbonation are a bit weak. Decent I’d say.

Tap at billie’ bier cafe (a new recipe). Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is really hoppy, fruity, noticeable mosaic presence. Flavor is sweet and slight bitterness, some fruits, mosaic like oilyness/garlic. Body is really light. Overall: great, love the mellowness.
