At FUERST WIACEK we like to create modern beer. Based in Berlin since 2016, we define ourselves as an adventurous company, in which we enjoy to experiment and learn about different ingredients and processes to brew great tasty beers.
At the same time, we love precision and attention to detail. Our raw ingredients are meticulously selected, our brew processes have the best practices and each beer is carefully designed to deliver a fantastic experience.
This is our big passion, and each day we feel fully empowered by the energy that our community give us by enjoying the quality of our beers.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mellow fruity, peachy and slight citrusy. Mild fruity, peachy and smooth. Lingering fruity and mellow far finish.

Also schöner geht’s nicht - herrlich trüb, Milchschaum, geil! In der Nase herrliche Mango, setzt sich im Trunk fort. Sanft, cremig, süß. Großartiges Bier!

Gezapft im Brewdog in Berlin. Sattes Bernstein-gold, trüb, wenig Schaum. Aroma Fruchtig, Zitrus, Grapefruit, Orange. Geschmack Brot, etwas Zitruas, Grapefruit , ganz bisschen Gummi. Ist mir zu voll für IPA, zu viel Hefe.

Cloudy yellowish beige beer, big irregular off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: tropical fruits, ripe mango, passion fruits, pineapple, pretty dank, hoppy, sweaty feet, bit cheesy. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very dank, nice bitterness, grapefruit, onions, diesel, tropical fruits, mango. Aftertaste: nice and fruity, pretty bitter still, lots of dank hops, onions, some diesel.
