We’re here for the beer.

Established in 2018, Halton Turner started on a small plant in Hall Green, Birmingham, but moved to a larger plant in Digbeth in 2021. Brewing a wide range of beers in cask and KeyKeg, the beers are mainly found in the local area. Frequent events and festivals are hosted at the brewery taproom.

On tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Hazy gold with two finger creamy looking top. Quite fruity with peach and orange notes, slightly dry and grainy gives it a down to earth side. Medium bodied and smooth which is good for the ABV. Enjoyable.

Tap at the brewery. Pours near black, small beige head, great lacing. Coffee, light roast, creamy aroma. Taste follows aroma, very moreish, hint of liquorice with a dry finish, and cocoa dusting. Smooth body. Lovely.

Tap at the brewery. Clear gold with small white head. Peach, citrus and malt aroma. Taste of orange, stone fruits, dankness, pine and some resin, moderate bitterness. Medium bodied, oily, moderate carbonation. Good punchy number.
