Tap at the Standing Bar, Hanoi. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is lemongrass, ginger and not surprisingly apples. The flavour is moderate sweet with a fresh crisp, light dry spice, ginger palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I'm not keen on sweet ciders but I do love lemongrass and ginger so this cider was always going to hit the mark. Not carbonated either which was a big plus.

Hazy golden color. Pear juice aroma and citrus tropical fruits. Mild sweetness, nice acidity level, the ginger and lemongrass are a pleasant refreshing feeling.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy dark copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh lemongrass upfront, with a touch of ginger. Flavour is very fruity and pleasantly spicy, with stone fruits, lemongrass, light ginger and grapefruit. Very juicy, with light acidity and medium sweetness. Juicy and very drinkable. Nice.

Bottle - Perfumy lemongrass and ginger. Clearish gold with a small white head. Ginger and sweetness with only a touch of lemongrass. Apple is in the back but flavours are very syrupy.

Bit of haze, and a touch of amber. This aroma has some ginger to it, along with the sort of apple juicey base cider. Gingery, appley, and as much like soda because it has a fair bit of residual sugar.

Bottle - Grapefruit and Apple notes. Clear gold with a small white head. Sweet grapefruit and candy green apple. Odd, but nice.

Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of pithy stone fruits, floral hops, a touch of spicy ginger and light acidity. Quite dynamic and drinkable, with moderate sweetness. Solid.

Hazy tannish colour. There is some hop to the nose, and it blends with a fairly strong apple. The hops are orangey, but with a lot of apple as well. Good balance to this - apple juice cider isn’t great, but it’s nicely integrated with that hop.

On tap at BiaCraft, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the passionfruit, with a touch of citrus acidity in there. Flavour is quite juicy, with passionfruit and citrus. Finishes on the citrus acidity more than the passionfruit, but this is still quite juicy. Very nice to drink.
