Medium, rather stable, somewhat creamy head over faintly veiled amberish-golden beer. Exotic fruit, C-hops, hopoils, very lightly oxydized. Bitter, cardboard, light citrus. Dry, almost wry ending. Less fruity than the onset. Dry, in feel as well, medium carbonation. Decent. Txs to Joren for bringing!

9/11/2023. Bottle bought at Redpoint Brewery, Taipei City, enjoyed back home in UK. Pours very dark brown with a beige coloured head. Good looking beer. Aroma is roasted, nutty, chocolate, coffee, citrus, caramel. Medium sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average to soft carbonation. Nicely drinkable.

12/5/2023. Flight pour at Redpoint Brewing Co, Taipei. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, tangerine, husky tropical fruits, stone fruits, flowers, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Nice bitter finish. Delicate and fragrant beer. Good use of Talus hops.

12/5/2023. Flight pour at Redpoint Brewing Co, Taipei. Pours clear bright golden with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is sweet apple, baked apple, caramel, brown sugar. Quite heavy sweetness and a light tart edge. Moderate body, oily, fizzy. Best cider I’ve tried in Taiwan for sure.

330ml bottle from the 58 Bar, Taipei. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, light caramel, juicy tutti frutti, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
