Redpoint Brewing Company
Microbrewery
in Taoyuan City,
Taiwan 🇹🇼
Associated Venue: Redpoint Brewing
Redpoint Brewing Company was founded by Doug Pierce and Spencer Jemelka, two American brewers who have been living in Taiwan and Asia for over a combined 20 years. We felt the Taiwan drinking population deserved a freshly brewed, American style craft beer choice. Our mission is to bring American beer culture to Asia and brew American style, high quality, fresh craft beer.
As Asia starts to embrace and love a greater variety of beer styles, Redpoint will lead this beer revolution as the first American Craft Brewery in Taiwan.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A cloudy pale amber pour with a thick white head; tropical fruit aroma; refreshing tropical fruit taste with some citrus; but rather watery and lacking a finish.

330ml can from Beer52, brewed and canned in the EU. Drank on 15th July 2025 after driving 7 hours picking up my daughter and one grand child from Heathrow Airport, I needed a beer! Hazed pale golden body, short lived white head. Fruity nose, the taste also tropical fruit like in flavour, semi-sweet and fairly 'fizzy' body wise.
[33cl can from Beer52.] An opaque glossy black pour with a thick tan head; rich chocolate aroma; smooth and velvety in the mouth with some chocolate. coffee and burnt grains; then dry and milky with a firm C-hop bitterness and some burnt toast to finish. A tasty stout.

330ml can via Beer52. Poured into my Gordon's thistle shaped glass at home late on 28th June 2025. Inch deep tanned crown on a deep dark brown body, looked good (everything does in this glass). Malty and slightly bitter, some chocolate action with a side of coffee grains, pity it's been diluted for Beer52. Might have been good at it's regular strength.

330ml can. Clear gold with thin white top, no retention. Aroma of lemon, grass and cereals. Flavours are the same but it does taste a bit flabby. Medium bodied, semi-drying.

On tap at learn pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice big juicy tropical fruit hops and some citrus. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit hops and a great citrus kick.
