The Brewery has a production capacity of over 5000 liters, allowing us to make our staple Lamma Island IPA, Hong Kong Bastard Imperial IPA, Quit Your Job! Saison, Machine Men Pale ale, and Seasonal Real Ales, as well as stretch our creative muscles and push boundaries with numerous experimental single batch brews, using fruit, cryo-hops, barrel aging, or anything else we can think of to make the best, most interesting, most exciting beer possible.
So the question now is: Where do we go from here?
We've come a long way from home brewing in Luke's living room, but throughout our ethos has remained the same: working with other independent, like-minded quality breweries in Asia to push the local scene forward, to develop, innovate, craft and create. We want to make a craft beer community, to fight against the encroachment of corporate beer on craft by showing what real craft is.

Tap at the Globe, Hong Kong. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, piney, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, crisp, fresh, light fruity, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A solid beer. Easily sessionable.

Tap at the Globe. Poured a hazy dark amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light red berry fruits, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a rich, malty, light fruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A little too sweet and needs a little more life, but otherwise quite drinkable.

Tap at the Globe, Hong Kong. Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, lactose, light vanilla. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a smooth, rich, light roasty, sweet chocolate, red berry fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home after SSP dinner. Dark translucent copper pour with thin white head. Aroma is herbal, sour, chili, what it says on the label. Sort of like YM gose - sweet malt. Taste is super spicy, sour, some herbaceous notes. Sweet bready malt. Interesting but too spicy and weird to enjoy I think.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Have had before and really liked. Dark translucent copper-ruby pour with minimal white head. Aroma is warm heavy zesty saison with some bourbon and vanilla - nice. Taste is what you’d expect in a great way: spicy, clove, nutmeg, bourbon, wood, alcohol, earthy bitterness, caramel. Zingy palate with low carbonation, lasting bitter warmth. Very nice. Great concept and well executed. Would love to see more aged saisons.

Big cool looking black bottle with black wax cap. 650ml from Citysuper. Drank from the bottle while waiting for shake shack (!). Aroma is tart and juicy - not much of the rich mangosteen flavor I expected but could be bottle. Taste is tart and juicy, quite tropical. A great example of a juicy sour but not that much mangosteen? Crisp but not thin, and sufficiently bitter that’s it’s not all sour. Palate is light-medium. Finish is tart and dry. Very nice. Yardley Brothers gets better and better.
