Description
The Brewery has a production capacity of over 5000 liters, allowing us to make our staple Lamma Island IPA, Hong Kong Bastard Imperial IPA, Quit Your Job! Saison, Machine Men Pale ale, and Seasonal Real Ales, as well as stretch our creative muscles and push boundaries with numerous experimental single batch brews, using fruit, cryo-hops, barrel aging, or anything else we can think of to make the best, most interesting, most exciting beer possible.

So the question now is: Where do we go from here?

We've come a long way from home brewing in Luke's living room, but throughout our ethos has remained the same: working with other independent, like-minded quality breweries in Asia to push the local scene forward, to develop, innovate, craft and create. We want to make a craft beer community, to fight against the encroachment of corporate beer on craft by showing what real craft is.

Taster at Tap The Ale Project. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- hoppy, citrusy, lemongrass. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, malty, hoppy, slight touch of burnt plastic. Medium bodied.
A bit empty, not so good.

On tap at Kowloon Taproom. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of hay, light spices and some yeast. The same in the taste, also some fruit. Quite refreshing.

On tap at Craftissimo Sheung Wang. Almost black with a tan creamy head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice and some salt. The same in the taste, also hints of something that reminded of red wine. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter.

Draught as part of a beer flight (200 ml pour of each) at 65 Peel, Hong Kong, on September 30, 2017.Hazy golden color, off-white head. Almost intense hoppy, fruity, floral, citrus, dank taste, also caramel. Hoppy, fruity, citrus aftertaste. Medium to a tad too fizzy mouthfeel, medium ow bitterness. Hoppy, fruity, citrus scent.7/4/8/3/15=3.7

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Hazy dull copper pour with puffy white head. Aroma is honey malt with some pine hops. Taste follows. Not bad - very malt forward.

On tap at BrewDog Bar Hong Kong. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, grapefruit, some hay and light malt. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish fairly bitter.

On tap at The Roundhouse Taproom in Hong Kong. Golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of hops, grass, caramel, malt and some hints of medicine. A bit strange to be honest.

A golden orange DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, herbaceous character, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, oily mouth feel, alcohol warmth, very nice and classic. On tap at Kowloon Taproom.
