So the question now is: Where do we go from here?
We've come a long way from home brewing in Luke's living room, but throughout our ethos has remained the same: working with other independent, like-minded quality breweries in Asia to push the local scene forward, to develop, innovate, craft and create. We want to make a craft beer community, to fight against the encroachment of corporate beer on craft by showing what real craft is.

Whacky aroma, sort of goes in the whiskey sour direction, lots of lemon. Lemony, with nice tartness, and some good residual brown sugars as well. This is really unusual, but it's growing on me. I kind of like it.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma smells like a whiskey sour, with lots of lemon peel, lacto, and alcoholic cocktails. Flavour is along the same lines, with lemon peel, boozy cocktail, and lacto. Lots of lemon peel and chaotic alcoholic notes. I see what they were going for, but I don't like it.

Cooked orange and malts. Clearish gold with a small white head. Soured and sweet cooked orange with some sweetness. I guess close to the cocktail if anything.
Soooo weird 😅

Tasting at Erik's, bottle
Dark brown colour. Smell of rotten fruit, it's sour, a bit earthy. Mild sourness in the mouth too, some sweetness.
It's infected, and the underlying beer doesn't seem to be special anyway.

Tap at 65 Peel. Nice aroma, citrus, grapefruit, floral. Taste is good, juicy, tangy, nice bitterness. Bit of tropical. Good stuff

Sweet caramel malts. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sticky and much too sweet. Caramel and and a long sticky finish.

Intense thyme and some light fruit. Clear gold with a decent white head. Thyme and some caramel with a touch of fruit. Thyme dominates.
