Extremely dark mahogany brown with a beige cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is fruit esters, dark malts, spice, yuzu.
Taste comprises light charr, dark malts, perfume, spice, toasted brown sugar, cocoa powder.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow light juice laden hop bitterness.
Interesting ... a kind of Belgian Black IPA hybrid.

West Coast IPA
Nice pale gold color with thick foam and a piney sweet aroma. Medium bodied and smooth with a touch of huel melon notes. Good stuff.

Can from Seijo Ishii. Bright gold. big, fruity hop nose, lots of orange, grapefruit, and tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, some pine. Biscuity malt. Some what sweet, biscuity flavor, tropical fruit and citrus. Quite flavorful and packs a big punch for 5.5%.

Tidy enough easy drinking IPA.

27/4/2025. Can courtesy of DanF, cheers! Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is peachy, citrus, sherbet, touch herbal and geassy. Medium sweetness, light tartness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Liked it.

Can. Nutty, slightly toasty malt nose, biscuits, herbal hops. Deep, brilliant gold with a tall, thick head. Perfectly clear. Biscuity malt, herbal hops, citrus, I sense wheat (and there is some), creamy from that, which takes it a bit out of style, but still a lovely lager. Nice, medium lingering bitterness.

Can. Poured a bright golden, clear, with a tall head. Big citrus hop aroma, Citra I suspect to be the main hop. Clean, biscuity malts. Mild sweetness, lots of citrus fruit. Crisp, clean finish. Very fresh and quaffable.
