Tap at Gifu Beer Festival. Medium golden orange. Clear. Big grapefruit nose. Flavor is grapefruit juice, with a pithy bitterness melding wiht the hops. Juicy and refreshing but the grapefruit is a bit overpowering.

Tap at Gifu Beer Festival. Hazy pale gold to orange. Huge melon nose, a bit candyish melon as well as fresh, with tropical fruit nose and citrus. Flavor is sweet melon verging on melon candy. Huge melon flavor is unique and fun, although it's a bit cloying and thick too. Fun for one small glass.

2024 version, on tap at Gifu Beer Festival. Spicy farmhouse yeast nose, fruity and quite estery. Cloudy orange color. Crisp, clean, funky yeast and earthy hops, estery fruits.

Tap at Porta. Bright amber, clear, flat. Nose is vinegar / acetic acid, grapefruit, lemon, light vanilla. Bright acidic flavor, some mellow and rounded sweetness, grapefruit, oak, hay. Mellow and tasty. A nice sour beer though not as complex as a true lambic.

Tap at CBM Porta, Y Market 30 tap takeover. Thick and hazy. Huge passion fruit nose, mango and other tropical fruits, oranges. Slightly resinous flavor, against lots of passion fruit, orange, mango. A very fresh and delicious NE IPA.

Tap at CBM Porta, Y Market 30 tap takeover. Together with the American version. Hazy orange-golden. A bit darker. Lightly dank, more herbal, more tropical New Zealand hops. Dank and resiny flavor is very Motueka. A bit better than the American.

Tap at CBM Porta, Y Market 30 tap takeover. Deep amber color. nice UK hops, like Kent Goldings I think, with light caramel malt, toast, estery yeast profile. Light, crisp, malty but dry and hoppy. Not sweet, but bready. Nice bitterness and a great spicy UK hop profile. Nailed this!
