Draft at Craft Beer Forrest. Hazy medium straw with a medium sized white head. Aroma is muscat heavy with some tropical fruit and berry. Medium body with nice carbonation. Taste is grape forward but balanced with the grain and citra hops. Not a big fan of beers with grapes but it’s still well done. --- Beer merged from original tick of IZUTSU Grape Field on 13 Jul 2015 at 21:05 - Score: 7

Draft at Craft Beer Forrest. Clear gold with a nice soapy white head. Big stone fruit, tropical fruit and grapefruit nose. Light body but not so light for the abv. Taste is similar with some green bitterness that co we through but fruit tones keep it interesting. The hop kings of Japan still have it! --- Beer merged from original tick of Rain Call Session IPA on 13 Jul 2015 at 21:06 - Score: 7

3.8% Y Market’s new Session IPA on tap at Molto’s 3rd Anniversary Event. A honey gold pour with a thick head and a fruity musty undergrowth aroma. Light bodied with a bitter dank resinous oniony hoppiness. Very green and dank. Quite interesting but I prefer fruitier hop notes.

Tap at Molto. Bright hop nose--tropical, citrus, and stone fruit. Grapefruit, passion fruit, mango. cloudy gold-orange. Fine head. A bit thin body, very hoppy. Grass, hay, grapefruit. Very bitter and crisp. Easy drinking. Great flavor for 3.8, like a good English bitter.

Tap at Keyaki Spring 2015. Dark gold color with a small off-white head. Pine and resin on the nose with some nutmeg spice noticeable along with grapefruit. Taste is more of the same. Great balance and a nice medium body. Dry finish. I still like the Citra version of Purple Sky the best. --- Beer merged from original tick of Purple Sky Pale Ale Simco Ver. on 25 May 2015 at 08:55 - Score: 7

Draft at Keyaki Spring 2015. Hazy yellow with a small off-white head. Insane tropical fruit bouquet on this. Bursting with yuzu and grapefruit notes. Just an amazing nose. Taste is more of the same, juicy and delicious. Body is a little thin as others said (probably from the citrus), but a great summer beer. Light body and refreshing finish. Y. Market has got to be top 3 in Japan right now. They don’t make bad beers at all. --- Beer merged from original tick of Yellow Sky Pale Ale on 25 May 2015 at 08:56 - Score: 7

Draft at Keyaki Spring 2015. Deep brown color with a minimal head. Roasted coffee and cacao nibs dominate the nose with a hint of toast. Body is a little too thin, mouthfeel is oily. Coffee and cacao flavors are there with a hint of vanilla that comes out as it warms up. Really smooth stout and easy to drink. Great rich and smooth finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Noir Heads on 25 May 2015 at 08:54 - Score: 7
