Hazy golden color. Nice thick frothy white head. Dry hoppy nose with lemon and a touch of pepper. Very dry, hoppy a bit sour, light body. The finish is a bit odd, but definitely one of the most authentic saisons made in Japan. Really good stuff.

Re-rate: tap at gremlin. Clear Amber red with no head. Big pine needle and grapefruit aromas with mango, passion fruit and papaya aroma. Fruity and bitter with some light malt sweetness on the palate. Bitter finish that lingers.?very San Diego....almost like blazing world from modern times! Jesus, good stuff! On tap at Y Market pop-up shop in Shibuya. Hazy chocolate copper color with a modest beige head. Big aromas of pine needle and caramel malts along with some floral hops on the nose. Bitter and sweet on the palate. Nice hop bitterness on the front which melts in a smooth maple syrup/molasses textured sweetness. There’s a little dark fruit present as well as it warms up. Well-balanced. Great smooth and rich finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Craft Heart Red on 30 Mar 2015 at 15:05 - Score: 7

On tap at the Y Market pop-up shop in Shibuya. Hazy pale straw color with a big foamy head. Aromas of lemongrass, citrus, barnyard, coriander and wheat. Taste is slightly sweet with a spicy and peppery finish. The barnyard funkiness is muted at first but as it warms up it takes a more pronounced role. Creamy mouthfeel. Solid carbonation. Excellent peppery finish. This is an excellent saison. Y Market has taken it up a notch and only 1 year in. --- Beer merged from original tick of La Mosaïque on 07 May 2015 at 19:26 - Score: 8

On tap at watering hole in yoyogi spring 2014. Golden orange color with a thin hint of a head. Citrus and bready malts on the nose. Balance leans more towards the sweet side with the malts and stone fruit showing. Medium body with nice carbonation. Piney and resiny bitter finish but not overly so. A good malt-forward fruity IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hysteric IPA on 30 Mar 2015 at 15:04 - Score: 7

A beer that is still currently under-development so it doesn’t yet have an official name. Geki means Ultra so it means ultra-rare. The ABV is 13% or possibly even more according to the brewer~! On tap at the Y Market First Anniversary Event. Man this beer is nuts. Dark black with a rusty tan head. The nose is sweet coffee, it has a medium body with a sweet solid coffee, roasty, umami stout flavor. Frikin’ excellent.

Tap at the brewpub. Glowing orange-amber, clear, lace. Estery nose, peaches, melon, great dried fruit. Very estery and fruity flavor, slight alcohol. Bitter finish. Highly drinkable for 12%, dangerously so. Would like to try it again in a year.
