Very malty. Light spice, ginger. Flat, seems like a bitter. Little bit of sweetness. Quite nice but not sure it's an English pale ale!

Tap at Takumiya. Hazy gold with a low, thick head. Nice Simcoe hop nose, mineral, citrus, clean malt. Icy citrus flavor, grapefruit, minerals, sweet malts. Rather full. Good use of Simcoe.
