Bottle shared by the Before 9 crew. Golden brew with a white pepper and sweet wheat aroma. Medium bodied and in the mouth it features chewy wheat/grains. It's lightly sweet and altogether a solid beer.

Bottle at Before 9. Nsoe is crackery malt, bread, bisuits, peach. Bready flavor with stone fruits and a touch of smoke. Estery and fruity with a nicely dry finish. Good stuff.

slightly sweet nose with tons of coffee, like cold brew coffee. Dry, roasted malt with tons of coffee which is very intense. Big bitterness from coffee beans hit the back of the throat. Nice stuff.

Dark amber brown color. Deep, caramel, milk chocolate, cherries and prunes in the nose. Full body, fairly malty, a bit unbalanced and definitely needs a bit more time aging. Cherries and rolo. Nice.

Thanks biirusaikou for sharing the bottle! Poured into a sniffer showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of clean blended banana and rounded malts. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Pronounced notes of banana and clean round malts.

Tap at Takumiya. Cloudy golden orange, though not in the NE way. Rich stone fruit nose, resin, grapefruit,. Rich fruity hop flavor, stinky tropical, stone, grapefruit, bit of pine. Somewhat low carbonation. The finish is quite bitter and rough and a bit lame.

medium dark golden color. Nice crackery malt character with good snappy hoppiness on top. Good cracker malt character with a touch of citrus. Definitely new world golden. Nicely constructed and well balanced. Shoot above average and then some for The style

Bottle with hand-written label, thank you Davido. Pours amber, no real carbonation there. Nose has some dried sweet fruits, light caramel, sweetish but not cloying. Taste has some more of these dry fruits, quite hoppy, so quite American in style - and still relatively young I guess. Bready and caramelly, hoppy actually. Dry bitter herbal linger in the finish. Good stuff, not sure how age would make it better, drink this now!
