Tap at Umineko. Crisp, creamy buckwheat in the nose, slightly lemony too. Strange but somehow appealing nose. Dry but a bit slick, light, crisp finish. Grainy. The soba is a bit stinky somehow but I suppose that's what it's supposed to be.

Tap @ iBREW Shinbashi. Pours light yellow, quite transparent and watery looking. Nose has lots of yeast spice, some herbal stuff going on, lightly bitter. tastes sort of like diluted saison, watery but still has some weird farmhouse spices, herbal and overall quenches thirst I guess, but that yeast character becomes also quite aggressive.

Nice! Found a new Osaka brewery. Really solid IPA in a market oversaturated with the things.

Derailleur In the Woods Strong Ale 7% Tap at CBL 2018. Reddish brown with a fairly long lasting beige head of foam. The aroma is sharply malty. Medium bodied with a semi-dry finish. The taste is malt-forward with thick fudge and dense grains plus some bitter woodsy herbal hop notes. Pretty good. 3.4-5 Ap 4 Ar 7 t 7 p 4 o 12-3
