tons cherry green apple and a touch of oak and whiskey. Malty, full bodied. Smooth. Semi dry. Whisky doesn’t punch too much. Super drinkable. Excellent depth. Wow, for a Japanese brewery this is top notch

Bottle from the brewery. Deep brown with lace and orange tints. Strange spice in the nose, vinegar, cherry, apple, A-1 sauce and balsamico. Sweet vinegar and steak sauce umami flavor, caramel, oak. Quite interesting, somewhat strange, and good. Still seems a bit too young though.

Tap at Bucket Here. Shiny, black with a low, lacy head. Spicy nose, cinnamon, clove, cardamon. Fruity, spicy flavor, lots of raisins, chocolate. Sweet. Body just a bit thin. Good though.

Draft at Bucket Here. Pours a clearish, glowing straw gold with a finger of creamy white foam that dissipates. Citrus, pine and peppercorn on the nose. Smooth and nice grainy texture on the palate. Easy drinking with the mosaic hops tastefully added. The hops are there, but the Kolsch points are still present. Well done.

Draft at Bucket Here. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam. Grassy nose with some clove and saison phenols present. Lovely carbonation on the palate. Grassy flavors with peppercorn, clove and light noble hop notes.

Draft at Bucket Here. Pours a mostly clear deep gold with a small bit of white foam that dissipates. Big fruity, ester driven nose with apricot, peach, vanilla & banana. Sweet on the palate with clove, banana cream and light peppercorn notes. Booze hidden well. Nice tripel.

hazy golden amber color. Lillikoi fruit driven with decent citrus behind it. I am guessing by the nose a sour ipa. Big fruity and sour lillikoi (Hawaiian fruit), with firm malt backbone and good bitterness. Fairly heavy body. The underlying ipa isn’t amazing but this is an interesting beer and fairly enjoyable. If they could do this concept with a better balanced and drier ipa, this could be fantastic
