Hand pump at Watering Hole. Hazy orange with a finger of white head that lingers. Tons of bright orange pulp and juiciness on the nose and palate. Well-done without being sweet all. More juicy, citrusy pulp on the palate with a pithy bitterness that hits mid-palate throughout the finish. A little too pithy but still a fun beer.

Tap at Gremlin. Grapefruit and iyokan zest on the nose with some light grass and lemon notes. Easy drinking and well-balanced. Light bitter finish. Very nice.

Tap at Takumiya. Bright golden color, hazy. Dry, hoppy nose, grapefruit, cat piss, crackers. Crisp, crackery malt flavor, with lots of grapefruit, zest, and quite pissy--a but too pissy, but pretty nice, crisp summery beer.

Tap at Bungalow. Gold-orange color, hazy, with a low head. Nice nose or pears, oranges, a bit of pineapple, some pine, apple maybe. Great fruity hops, crackery malt. Fresh fruit flavors, tropical, apples, passion fruit. Crisp, light, and good.

Oni Densetsu Kin’oni Pale Ale HBC 431 & Simcoe Version 5% 40 IBU On tap at Bungalow. Brassy gold with a thick beige head of foam and an appetizing fruity bubblegum aroma. Medium to light bodied with a seltzer like carbonation that gives the hops a light bite. The taste isn’t as strong as the aroma, it gives a green earthy herbal bitterness with just hints of fruity hop notes.

Handpump at Gremlin for TUF event. Fruit-forward tropical nose with pineapple and mango really standing out. Handpump might mute the nose a bit it seems. Still quite fruity. Tap at Bungalow. Nose is crackers and bread, peach, orange, grapefruit. Cloudy orange color with a tall, fine head. Very bready malt flavor, medium sweetness, nice hops. Minerals, peaches. Finish is dry. Full, smooth body that is a bit too flat and heavy.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a slightly cloudy golden straw with a small head. Very yeast-forward nose with lemon, nutmeg, white pepper and some fruity esters. Light bodied with average carbonation.
