Uchu Crystal is a Kolsch style ale that seems to hit the nail on the head and for me evokes fresh hay and breeezy cool summer evenings,
Really quite tasty but u feel the style, especially in the strange glass, is made for 2-3$ brews you crush which the recent high prices of beer kind of work against

Uchu Golem DDH West Coast IPA 6.5%
Clear deep gold with fuzzy foam that was gone within seconds but holy guava bouquet! On opening the can it huge guava aroma. The full body was fairly slick and resinous.
A modern take on a west coast ipa with loads of balances topicality.

The nose shows a lot of creamy guava.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Guava and pine resin with a strong bitterness that goes on a little bit too long.
