Fast gone white head over fully hazy yellow beer. Asafoetida, bit of ureum, citruspeel, half-dried herbs & vegetables. Very intense citrusflavour, grapefruit, ugli, citruspeel, faint resin. Really chewy, good, if invisible carbonation, oily-slick. This is an IPA one can eat. Special.

DDH West Coast IPA 7%

Nice gold color with rocky off-white foam and a big piney citrus hop bouquet. The taste is loads of pithy grapefruit while the finish has peppery pine twig notes. Tasty but I feel it isn’t all that balanced.

Sampled at Billies day 1. Hazy pale yellow color, no head. Aroma and flavor are a bit weird hoppy. Sweetish, slightly artificial, fruity sugars. Hmm no not my thing. Too sweet and a bit artificial. Don't like it, not my thing. 5-5-5-7-5

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Yellow body under a white head. Fresh and fruity with a combination of fruity hops and regular mango and pineapple. Sweet with light acidity and moderate bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden.

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Juicy yellow body under a micro small head. Thick juicy body as well. Aroma dominated by mango (no surprise) with a touch of pineapple and coconut, slightly acidic. Taste is also mainly sweet mango, a hint of pineapple and just a touch of coconut. Mostly sweet fruit, but just enough acidity to create a non-sticky balance. Full bodied with long lasting aftertaste. I’m normally not a big fan of these kinds of beers, but after a 10-20 nice regular sour/geuze/lambic it was just incredible nice with a smoothie. And this one where really balanced and well made within its style.
