Tap at iiie, Osaka. Very very hazy pale orange-ish beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, hops, fruit, yeast. Taste is hop, citrus, hop burn, alcohol, light resinous bitter undertone. Quite harsh with the hopburn. Could be dialled down a bit imho

Uchu Crystal is a Kolsch style ale that seems to hit the nail on the head and for me evokes fresh hay and breeezy cool summer evenings,
Really quite tasty but u feel the style, especially in the strange glass, is made for 2-3$ brews you crush which the recent high prices of beer kind of work against
I wonder how much 2cl in Koln of Kolsch is these days…

Uchu Golem DDH West Coast IPA 6.5%
Clear deep gold with fuzzy foam that was gone within seconds but holy guava bouquet! On opening the can it huge guava aroma. The full body was fairly slick and resinous.
A modern take on a west coast ipa with loads of balances topicality.
