First bar visit of 2021! Uchuu Gluon 5% Smoothie Sour Ale Pink tinged orange honey color with a thin bright white film of foam. The aroma is tangy tropical smoothie while the medium body finishes dry after delivering lots of tart guava goodness. There’s a bit of roughness in the finish but overall quite nice. Pricey though at 900¥ a half-pint (1300¥ a pint).

sweet hoppy slight hoppy full body. Low carbonation. Passion fruit, tons of lactose. Too sweet but still good.

Tap at Komachi. PAle gold, pastel and cloudy. Big tropical fruit nose, orange, grapefruit, nice. Sweet and juicy as expected, slick. A typical hazy ipa, not badly done at all. Notes of pineapple and coconut as it warmed. I am sick of these, but this was a nice one.

Tap at Komachi. Rich hazy golden color. Ok fruit in the nose, citrus, tropical, wheaty biscuits. Funky tropical fruit flavor, orange. Decent but not amazing.

Tap at Komachi. Hazy bright golden, low head. Bright hop nose, citrus, dankness, some ripe tropical fruit. Flavor is sweet and juicy, rather thin, somewhat rough finish. More like a session Ipa. Nice enough. Not their best.

Medium straw color. Frothy white head. Clean cereal maltiness with some noble hop notes and some underlying fruitines. Very clean palate, dry, modestly aggressively bitter with some more pronounced fruitness (tropical fruits?) and less focus on the malt character. Dry bitter finish with nice resiny coating on the tounge and lingering fruitiness. The palate is absolutely fantastic and the rest of the beer is solid.

Thanks Shu for sharing! Taster showing dark gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of papaya, pineapple, pine, and light cannabis. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Pine resin forward with a balanced malt mid palate and barely any bitterness.

uber juicy with tons of melon mangos and bread. Citrus undertone. Uber dank. Low bitterness low carbonation. Wow over the top. Lovely

turbid light golden white color. Tons of over ripe mangos with white gummy bears. A bit too carbonated but the fruit character is amazing. Low bitterness very good
