deep golden color. Big pine and peaches and oranges character. Dry punchy bitterness with an odd finish that reminded me of Tang (horrible artificial peach and orange instant drink from the 80s). Pretty different but I liked it

dark brown color. Big oatmeal caramel molasses character. Very malty. The oats really stick out. Off sweet. The flavors are intense. I like it, but I can see how others would find it overwhelming.

slightly hazy golden color. Dry very tart sour nose with pungent guava notes. Dry tart mouth with a big guava notes upfront and nice lingering Yuzu notes at the end. The guava and Yuzu work perfectly. Refreshing and well balanced. Excellent.

On tap at Kanda. Pours a rich golden hue with a medium white head. A big bursting fruity nose. Very hoppy, mostly citrus and some tropical peach notes, light toast. Clean, easy to drink a lot of. Great.

On tap at Kanda. Pours a rich amber color with a medium white head. A big fruity bouquet nose. Smooth, caramel, tropical notes, oranges, light bready toast. Solid.

On tap at the brewery in Kanda. Pours a pitch black color with a medium tan head. A big sweet roast and coconut nose. Smooth, light roast, light coconut, ashy, fairly dry base. Very nice.

On tap in Kanda. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. Sweet, floral nose. Toast, some light caramel, a very mellow clean beer. Fruity. Good.

Tap @ DC Jiyugaoka. Pours clear golden, some white foam on the top. Crisp malty nose, clean. Tastes malty as well, some green grassy background notes giving some extra freshness. Biscuity bitterness in the finish. Smashable, simple but brewed well.

Tap @ DC Jiyugaoka. Pours dark red or kind of just amber, light beige foam on the top. Fresh, lightly spicy nose, rye spices. Taste has quite classical red IPA feel, malty base, spice, red fruits, good hop bitterness, some resins. Good body and fulfilling bitterness, fresh.

Tap @ DC Jiyugaoka. Dark brown pour, some white foam, sticking to the walls of the glass. Nice deep roast nose, light ashes, deep swedish caramel. Taste has also that caramel sweetness, ashy roast, dry finish. Little hints of vanilla. Pretty nice, rich for the relatively low abv.
