Draught at Toranomon. Nice lemony nose, biscuit malts, very Czech in its malt profile. Cloudy, bright golden color with lace. Very nice pilsner malt flavor with good lemony hops, very grassy and herbal dry hopping. Full, rich body. Very well done and fun beer.

Draught at the Tanabata Beer Festival 2013. Pretty dark brown color with a low head. Caramel, chocolate, grass nose. Nice bitter hops following rich caramel malt. Maybe even a bit too bitter, but pretty nice stuff.

Draught at Craft Beer Market. Number 1 on a dry hop scale of 1-10 (1 is the lowest). Nice citrus-cascade nose. Ligth, biscuity malt, some pepper. Clear golden with a fine head. Nice cascade flavor, creamy malt, honey, lemon, just a touch too much diacetyl, but nice and smooth pilsner body. Nice first try, interesting.

Drank after not having for a few years. Very nice stuff and a lot more roasted character and body than i remember before. I just came back from Czech a couple months ago and this would be very respectable. Raising from 3.4 score Original Light mouth, nice toffee, coffee character. Definitively Czech style dark lager. Refreshing with a decent amount of hops. Nice.

Draught at Bay Brewing. #7. This is dry-hopped at a level of 7 out of 10. Interesting gimmick! Great grassy hop nose, very fresh, with hay. Bright yellow-golden with lace. Clean, tasty malt flavor, great hops. Light and bready. Love it! Really leafy, tasty hops, Kiwi, I would guess. Maybe not really an IPA but a golden ale, but anyhow, the flavor is fabulous. Could be a bit bitterer. Big improvement on the IPA of last summer.

Draught at the brewpub. Medium amber-orange color. Interesting aroma of crackers, salt, a bit of caramel, plus a strange fruitiness. Light caramel sweetness with apricots and salt-minerals. Light, interesting and tasty. The deep sea water adds a strange and original mineral character.

Tap at bungalow. Deep gold, cloudy, with a fine, frothy head. Pretty. Nose of cloves, banana, wheat, bread. a bit tart, bready some minerals. A bit bitter. Better then previously, still a bit light and bland but decent. Draught at the brewpub, 2010: 5/3/6/3/12. Buttery, fruity aroma that is not very weizen-like. Flavor is more traditional, with banana and clove as well as other fruits and a decent tart edge. A bit too much butter for me.
